Meals & Free School Meals

Currently the Government funds for all pupils in Year R, 1 and 2 to receive a meal should they wish to have on a daily basis. Some children are entitled to receive a free school meal in Year 3, 4 , 5 & 6 and this must be applied for.  Please speak with the school office if you are unsure how to do this.

The eligibility criteria for free school meals can be found at apply for free school meals. In Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 meals cost £2.80 per day and must be paid in advance.

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have temporarily extended free school meals eligibility to include some groups who have no recourse to public funds (NRPF). This temporary extension is continuing and covers both pupils who are attending school and who are at home due to coronavirus (COVID-19).
